Information we collect
Information you provide. When you complete our contact form or email us, we may receive your name, email address, fitness goals, and anything else you choose to include in your message. If you become a coaching client, you may also provide information needed to tailor your program, such as training experience, schedule, available equipment, progress updates, photos, videos, and information about injuries or physical limitations that you choose to share.
Information collected when you visit the website. Our website is hosted by Wix. Wix and services used on the site may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, and information gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not include detailed medical records or other highly sensitive information in the general website contact form. If more information is needed for coaching, Tom will discuss how to provide it.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; discuss and provide coaching; tailor training plans and support; communicate about scheduling, progress, and services; operate and secure the website; and maintain records needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
We may send messages related to your inquiry or coaching. If we send optional marketing emails, you may ask us to stop at any time by replying to the email or contacting us at the address below.
Coaching information, photos, and testimonials
Information you share about your health, fitness, progress, or personal circumstances is used to provide coaching and communicate with you. We do not publish a client’s name, photo, progress details, or testimonial without that client’s permission. You may contact us if you have a question about a testimonial or image featuring you.
Who may receive information
We use service providers to operate the website and communicate with clients. These include Wix for website hosting and forms, and our email provider for correspondence. Information may also be handled by services used to deliver coaching when we agree with a client on how to communicate or exchange materials.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients or business. We do not publish private coaching information as part of providing our services.
Our website may contain links to other services, including YouTube, Instagram, and Amazon. If you follow those links or interact with embedded content, those companies handle information under their own privacy policies. A purchase on an external site is handled by that site.

We keep inquiries and client information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide coaching, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or take reasonable steps to remove identifying details, subject to applicable requirements and the capabilities of the services we use.
Security
We take reasonable steps to limit access to personal information and protect it. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
